In 2014, Tokyo's Shinjuku section saw the completion of a white 5-storey building. Its large glass windows glistened above the surrounding low-rise apartments. Its purpose remained unknown until earlier this month upon an announcement made by the Yayoi Kusama Museum. It opens with the exhibition 'Creation is a Solitary Pursuit, Love is What Brings You Closer to Art'. Tickets will go on sale on August 28 at the museum website: www.yayoikusamamuseum.jp.
